For articles published in next month's issue of The British Journal of Sports Medicine, researchers at the University of Sydney, Australia reviewed dozens of studies recently stretch, hoping to determine whether the practice of preventing people from getting sick after their workouts. The authors found 12 studies completed during the 25 years immediately saw the problem. Most are small and short term. But basically the same results, each result review authors wrote, pointing out that "stretching does not generate important reductions in the stiffness on the days that follow the exercise."
That doesn't mean that you shouldn't stretch, research the author adds, but it was pointed out that the cannot stretch give you an advantage that many of us expected.

People who stretch regularly tend to consider that the practice would prevent pain and injury. People often claim that not much of a stretch, with the same spirit, that stretch was a waste of time.
The body is slowly growing science show that each group has some evidence to support this, although reliable information about stretching is still hard to come by, partly because the stretch is hard to learn.
